Dear Cory,

May your spirit live on in peace and in gladness.  I remember you as a neighbor and as a fellow student, especially in sports. You had a zest for living and great energy all around.  Your loss saddens me; I still see you as the girl around the block, someone with a brightness.  You are still young and energetic in my memory.  I send sympathies to your family, especially your spouse and children.

May your memory be a blessing to all who knew you,

Deborah Nourse Lattimore

Despite knowing we're all in the book of life, it's still shocking to learn of another high school friend that has passed away. Cory and I were friends in high school but lost touch after graduation. I remember her smile and funny wit. She was a kind and caring person. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. RIPπŸ™πŸ™

Cory lived directly behind my childhood home on South Camden Dr.  She was always fun to be around and at times a bit of a rapscallion. I send my condolences to her family and will always remember the good ole days on Camden Dr.

I knew Cory when we were about 5 years old. Turns out our mothers were friends at BHHS and her dad was a football star at UCLA when my mom was there. No wonder she could throw a football so well. Cory was always athletic, energetic, and caring. She had a smile that looked like she was about to burst out laughing. Cory and Mike Wellman ('72) raised a wonderful family, including 2 sons and 4 grandkids. They loved all the aspects of horse breeding and racing. They loved music. Cory had a rich, full life but a tragic death. I will miss her.

Dearest Cory...You were always so full of fun energy and your special smile lit up the room. Your great athletic ability and your humor and kindness will never be forgotten by those of us lucky to have known you.  Condolences to your family and all who knew and loved you. Fly high with the Angels. Missed forever.
