When we moved from Long. Island to BH the summer between 6 th and 7 th grade. Lynn was the first person who befriended me when I started at Horace Mann. She made my entry to school and at a transitional time in my life. We danced the locomotion and the hully gully after school in her living room. I still remember this' seminal moments and how kind and sweet she was. I heard she had passed away and was sorry we never reconnected so I could share those memories together.
I also came to Horace Mann in the 6th grade and she and Jill Henning friended me. Many wonderful memories at her home too. So sad she has left us. I believe Jill has passed also!
I met Lynn at Horace Mann. We became friends as well. She had a warm heart and soul. I heard she passed away years ago. It really hit me. Life is so fragile. RIP
